All rates include the following:

• Three days and two nights of uninterrupted scrapbooking. We will begin at 3pm on Friday and end on Sunday afternoon at 3:00 pm.
• Five delicious meals catered by the staff at Cook Castle.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cook Castle Events requires a $100 deposit (non-refundable) to reserve a room and your crop space for all retreats. You may make your full payment at the time of registration, or the full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival, which will automatically be charged unless you have notified us of another form of payment. In the event you should need to cancel 30 days or more before the event, your package will be refunded less the $100 processing fee. Cancellations made 29 days or less before the event will be charged based on the ability to refill your spot. We cannot offer refunds for no-shows
